It is about providing all users access to the same information.\n\n\nSpeakers:\n\nMargaret DeGraw\nAfter majoring in psychology at California State University\, Northridge\, Margaret moved to Seattle to pursue her Master’s degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington. Co-leader of the URI Accessibility Taskforce\, Margaret is passionate about accessibility and community-building\, and she believes that UX has the capacity to improve every aspect of our lives – from the computer software we use at work\, to the website that we browse for entertainment\, to the mobile apps that we use on a daily basis.\n\nBecca Carne\nBecca is a User Experience Researcher at User Research International in Redmond\, WA\, and a current master’s student at the University of Washington studying Human-Centered Design and Engineering. At URI\, Becca co-leads the company’s Accessibility Taskforce which facilitates internal discussions around accessibility and inclusive design.
