DESCRIPTION:FREE Member Event: Please join us for a dynamic discussion facilitated by Seetha Narayanaswamy of Northwestern Mutual.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\nDisability:IN Wisconsin members are invited to join us for a FREE ERG/BRG networking session to share best practices\, strategic priorities\, resources and make valuable connections. \nEmployee Resources Groups (ERGs) go by many different names (i.e.\, Affinity Groups\, Business Resource Groups\, Employee Network Groups)\, but regardless of what they are called\, they share a common purpose. They are a voluntary\, employee-led group that serves as a resource for members and organizations by fostering a diverse\, inclusive workplace aligned with the organizational mission\, values\, goals\, practices\, and objectives.Our first ERG networking session will be facilitated by Seetha Narayanaswamy of Northwestern Mutual\, focusing on introductions and reviewing strategic priorities. These sessions are designed for everyone\, no matter where you are on the maturity model.
