Center is one of 10 federally funded regional technical assistance centers on the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.&nbsp; Its mission is to promote voluntary compliance with the law.&nbsp; The Center serves the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.&nbsp;&nbsp; They address all titles of the ADA with approximately 30% of the calls are about employment, 20% are about accommodating customers with disabilities, 20% are about architectural accessibility, 20% are about issues faced by local and state governmental entities, and the remaining 10% cover the intersect of the ADA with other legislation covering housing and education.&nbsp; The Center is part of a network of federally funded ADA Centers.&nbsp; The Great Lakes Center serves the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.&nbsp; &nbsp;Robin has extensive experience as a consultant and trainer regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and its application to business and government.&nbsp;
