It is about providing all users access to the same information.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Speakers:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Margaret DeGraw<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>After majoring in psychology at California State University, Northridge, Margaret moved to Seattle to pursue her Master\u2019s degree in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington. Co-leader of the URI Accessibility Taskforce, Margaret is passionate about accessibility and community-building, and she believes that UX has the capacity to improve every aspect of our lives \u2013 from the computer software we use at work, to the website that we browse for entertainment, to the mobile apps that we use on a daily basis.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Becca Carne<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Becca is a User Experience Researcher at User Research International in Redmond, WA, and a current master\u2019s student at the University of Washington studying Human-Centered Design and Engineering. At URI, Becca co-leads the company\u2019s Accessibility Taskforce which facilitates internal discussions around accessibility and inclusive design.
