From these roots, the agency pioneered many innovative approaches for people of all ages, abilities and other challenges to achieve independence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE DO<\/strong><br \/>\nToday, MCFI provides person-centered care across 30-plus programs for children and adults living with a disability, complex medical condition, serious mental illness, barrier to employment or other challenges. We are working to advance health equity \u2013 where everyone has the opportunity to succeed without limits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO WE SERVE<\/strong><br \/>\nMCFI is an affiliate of CFI and together they serve more than 25,000 children and adults with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities; mental health and substance use disorders; employment barriers; and other challenges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUCCESS STORY<\/strong><br \/>\nSince 2018, Grebe\u2019s Bakery has hired MCFI Employment Services clients to demonstrate the benefits and joys of working with people with disabilities.
